Urijah Faber is in the Philippines this week for the UFC’s inaugural card. He’ll be facing Frankie Edgar in the main event and will no doubt have title aspirations on his mind. The California Kid isn’t getting any younger. By sunday morning he’ll be 40 fights deep, and at 36, to coin a phrase, the time is definitely now.
Ahead of all of that we sat down with Faber and moved away from the run of the mill conversations of training camps, nutrition and opinions of his opponent. Coming of the back of our conversation on the art of a perfect knock out, we discussed the tracks he’d need if he were ever to be marooned on a desert island.
Enjoy, share and comment.
