#WHOATV can today reveal the final jewel in the forthcoming Warrior Fight Series fight card. The main event, a superb middleweight title clash between UFC vet Karlos ‘Terminator’ Vemola and Jack ‘Joker’ Hermansson is set to take place August 1 2015. It promises to be an explosive bout that will take place at London’s York Hall.
Speaking to #WHOATV Promoter and owner Harry Shoebridge was keen to point out the ramifications of the match up. “This is a fight the fans will want to see. Vemola is exceptionally popular, a UFC vet and an explosive athlete. Jack Hermansson, a Cage Warriors veteran and middleweight title holder will be keen to continue the winning streak he’s built up in his last four fights. It’s arguable, based on the winning records and calibre of both men that the winner will certainly attract the attention of the UFC.”
In addition to this huge addition to the card Warrior fight Series’ Harry Shoebridge has added cause for celebration after signing a broadcast deal with London Live. From July 1st, London Live will hold non-exclusive rights for one year to broadcast a number of one hour episodes of content from the promotion.
From a standing start and with only three shows delivered Warrior Fight Series is fast becoming one of the hottest UK based mixed martial arts promotions. Not only are they producing fight cards the calibre of which we expect from more established promotions but they have moved from a modest leisure centre to the UK’s most sought after surroundings for combat sports at York Hall.
