For most of the build up to #UFCLondon as expected it has been Michael Bisping throwing heat towards former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva, particularly about his suspension after testing positive for Drostanolone and Androstane.
But with just over a week to go it seems that Silva has turned things up and is now looking to get into the head of Bisping as you can see from his latest Instagram post.
