It is something that fans and fighters alike have been clamouring for the past couple of years. Given that the expansion into Europe this year grew with a slew of ‘Fight Night’ events across the continent it seems that will continue into 2015 with a new series of TUF pitting some of Europe’s finest against each other.
Garry Cook today announced at the UFC Sweden press conference that they hope to start filming a European TUF early next year.
We have seen UK teams face US and Australian opposition in the past but never a European focus of the competition. There is no word yet on which countries or regions will be selected or what weight categories will be the focus of the competition.
