The headline fight sees one of the standout British fighters, Darren Till, face off in a middleweight clash against Derek Brunson.
Brunson is currently the number five ranked contender in the middleweight division, after winning his last four bouts in a row. The American holds a 22-7 record, and of those 22 wins, 15 have been finishes, 12 by knockout and three via submission. Brunson has history in wrestling; before joining the UFC he had won multiple regional accolades and tallied 121 victories throughout his high school and college career.
Darren Till is one of the most explosive fighters in the MMA. He got off to a blistering 17-0-1 start to his career which has slowed as he looks to bounce back three defeats in his last four. The Liverpudlian has before shown his elite-level pedigree, recording victories over Stephen Thompson and Kelvin Gastelum as well as a first round KO of Donald Cerrone. On the advice of his coach, Till previously spent over three years training in Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese.
