Irishman Paul “Redser” Redmond has revealed that he has signed a 12 month four fight contract with European promotion BAMMA.
Redmond was at #BAMMA24 in Dublin and was bought into the cage in between the fights to make the announcement and #WHOATV were on scene to speak to “Redser” to get his views on joining the promotion and his goals over the next 12 months.
Redmond historically fought in the 155lbs division prior to getting a last minute call-up to the UFC in Sweden which saw him drop an obscene amount of weight (36 pounds in 13 days) to make the Featherweight limit ahead of a fight with Mirsad Bektic.
Redmond had great success with Cage Warriors during his eight fight stint with the promotion going 7-1 and his addition to the BAMMA roster will certainly mix things up in arguably their most stacked division.
