Unbeaten North East prospect Justin Burlinson (4-0-0) has joined the ranks of the forty plus fighters who have signed multi fight deals with Bellator MMA. The signing, confirmed by Bellator officials to WHOA TV today, is fresh off the back of Burlinson’s first round submission victory over Maciek Gierszewski at Bellator Newcastle.
Burlinson joins a welterweight division that is filled with a stack of tests for him. After going to the third round just once in his four outings its pretty clear that whilst he may have signed for the oft mentioned violent money he doesn’t intend on doing any overtime in the cage going forward.
Whilst a date hasn’t been set for his next outing it’s expected he will feature on the forthcoming Birmingham or London fight card. Over the coming days and weeks we’ll be keeping you up to date as both fight cards are filled.
