Joanna Jedrzejczyk (pronounced Yed-zhey-chik) made history at UFC 185 becoming the first European female MMA fighter to win a UFC Title. Poland’s Jedrzejczyk has looked unstoppable in her career to date going 9-0 with wins over Rosi Sexton, Claudia Gadelha and Carla Esparza on her route to UFC gold.

We discussed whether she would look to mix up her training camps for future bouts, how surprised she was with just how dominant she was in her title fight and whether she would like to defend the belt on home soil or across the pond in the States.
