Barnett Vs. McKee II Confirmed For BAMMA 34

BAMMA today confirm three more bouts added to the BAMMA 34: Lohore Vs. Brazier fight card. These three exciting bouts include the next generation of potential MMA superstars taking centre stage, as they look to stake their claims to future title shots.

BAMMA 34: Lohore Vs. Brazier takes place at the SSE Arena, Wembley, London on Friday 9th March. Tickets are on sale now from bamma.com

Lightweight Bout
Tim Barnett Vs. Rhys ‘Skeletor’ McKee II

The first bout was short and explosive with Barnett being declared the decisive victor. However, not one to make excuses, McKee later revealed that he was suffering from a virus that night which would have had most fighters pulling out. Despite this, McKee fought on in his hometown and ended up taking the first professional loss of his career. Barnett went on from this momentous victory to then score the BAMMA KO of the year against Mario ‘Rudeboy’ Saeed, with McKee seeking this rematch all the while. With both fighters at 100% this time, they are likely to bring down the house as they endeavour to put themselves in line for the Lightweight title shot.

Welterweight Bout
James ‘Monkey Boy’ Reedman Vs. Jahreau ‘The Nightmare’ Shepherd

Announced exclusively in this week’s BAMMA newsletter, James ‘Monkey Boy’ Reedman will be welcoming BAMMA newcomer Jahreau ‘The Nightmare’ Shepherd to BAMMA on his pro debut. The man they call the Nightmare spent his short amateur career fighting at Middleweight, where he tore through all the competition with his ultra aggressive style, leaving a trail of devastation behind him. His destructive style has managed to build a huge fan base already, with his last couple of bouts only lasting a combined 0:18 seconds.

However, Reedman already has experience of facing power punchers, after taking on Tommy ‘KO’ King at BAMMA 31. Stepping back into action at the SSE Arena, Reedman will be looking to derail the Shepherd hype train before it even leaves the station on March 9th.

Featherweight Bout
Nathan ‘The Black’ Rose Vs. David ‘Demolition Man’ Khalsa

Nathan ‘The Black’ Rose made a successful start to his BAMMA career with a solid unanimous decision victory over Ollie Mathis at BAMMA 31. The Lion’s Pride MMA standout will be looking to cement his growing status in the BAMMA Featherweight division as he prepares to take on the ‘Demolition Man’ David Khalsa.

Khalsa makes his his fourth appearance for the promotion after taking on Cian Cowley, Charlie Boy Howard and Dylan Tuke. With a never say die attitude and solid all round game, and with neither man known for backing down, this will be a action packed bout from bell to bell.

BAMMA 34: Lohore Vs. Brazier takes place at the SSE Arena March 9th.
