WLC: BATTLEBONES to air on UFC Fight Pass

World Lethwei Championship (WLC), the world’s largest bareknuckle fighting organisation, held the official press conference for WLC: BATTLEBONES earlier today in Yangon, Myanmar, ahead of the first WLC event of the year.

Those in attendance included middleweight World Lethwei champion Too Too, challenger Naimjon Tuhtaboyev of Uzbekistan, Burmese superstar So Mi Ong Luktupfah, Cambodia’s top athlete Sok Rith and female lethwei stars Souris Manfredi and Tran Thi Lua.

Speaking at the press conference, middleweight champion Too Too stated “Naimjon Tuhtaboyev might have beaten me once (in 2014), but this time it will be different. I will comprehensively defeat him!”

Tuhtaboyev replied and vowed to capture the WLC middeweight title “I have beaten him once and I am very confident. I can guarantee that I can knockout Too Too. One hundred percent!”

WLC: BATTLEBONES takes place on Friday 31st January at the Thein Phyu Stadium in Yangon, Myanmar and will be aired live on UFC Fight Pass.
