KSW’s upcoming card in Lodz, Poland on Saturday 23rd March has just had another fight added to the lineup that includes another fan favourite. ‘The Polish Zombie’ Marcin Wrzosek faces fellow action fighter, Daniel Torres, in a featherweight bout that promises action wherever the fight goes. The card is headlined by a super fight for the KSW Heavyweight Championship between title holder, Phil De Fries, and KSW Light Heavyweight Champion, Tomasz Narkun.
The former KSW Featherweight Champion, Wrzosek (13-5), looks to bounce back following a unaminous decision loss to Salahdine Parnasse at KSW 46. Following his run on The Ultimate Fighter Series 22, he moved over to KSW where we quickly became popular with the fans due to his aggressive style. He has gone 3-2 in KSW up to this point and will be looking to put himself straight back into the title picture with a victory.
Daniel Torres (8-4) has already endeared himself to Polish fans as both of his fights in KSW have been awarded fight of the night honours. He is coming off of a unaminous decision loss to Roman Szymanski at KSW 46 so the Brazilian will be looking to rebound and claim the biggest name on his record so far.
The current KSW 47 card includes:-
