Mike Ekundayo: ‘Jack Shore is going on a first class flight!’

Ahead of Saturday’s historic fight card Mike “Airlines” Ekundayo (or Tinchy depending on how well you know him) is incredibly fired up for his clash with Jack ‘The Tank’ Shore. When Cage Warriors present their 100th fight card it will be a stacked night of clashes topped by a world title fight in which both men will be looking to get their hands on the bantamweight strap.

‘Tinchy’ has had a meteoric rise and remained unbeaten amassing a 7-0-0 professional record and a 2-0-0 amateur record his relentless march forward on MMA promotions like Rise of Champions, Ultimate Challenge and Bellator has earned him the attention of Cage Warriors. Having competed for them only once where he defeated and retired MMA mainstay Ed Arthur Ekundayo now has his eye clearly set on gold.

Mike Ekundayo is no stranger to belts having collected a strap from his time at Rise of Champions. Jack Shore is no slouch and by no means a walk in the park for ‘Tinchy’. The unbeaten Welshman, who has amassed a 9-0-0 professional record and a 12-0-0 amateur record will look to slow Ekundayo’s roll on Saturday 8th in Cardiff but as Ekundayo tells us ‘Jack Shore will be going on a first class flight’ on the night.
