Dominique ‘Black Panther’ Wooding (6-2-0) appears ready to avenge the second round submission loss dealt out to his team mate Nathan Greyson by SBG’s Frans ‘Black Mamba’ Mlambo (7-4-0).
Sources close to each fighter have confirmed to me that Wooding will clash Mlambo when Bellator return to the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland on Friday, September 27, as Irish prospect James “The Strabanimal” Gallagher (9-1) looks to defend his home turf against Cal Ellenor (8-2) in the bantamweight main event of Bellator Dublin.
Both Wooding and Mlambo have impressive starts to their Bellator careers and this is cunning matchmaking, given the backstory of both men. Wooding on the one hand is no stranger to clashing and winning against SBG affiliates and Mlambo is riding high after his London outing at Bellator London last month.
Tickets for Bellator Dublin go on sale to the general public Friday, July 5 at 9 a.m. BST, with a special pre-sale scheduled for Thursday, July 4 at 9 a.m. BST using code “SOCIAL” upon purchase. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster.ie and Bellator.com, as well as the 3Arena box office.
