#Bellator149 may have received some criticism for the main and co-main event but the show has broken records for the promotion in terms of viewers.
As reported by @MMASupremacy the show averaged 1.964m viewers which topped the previous record of 1.58m which was when Kimbo Slice fought Ken Shamrock.

Whilst many criticised the level of martial arts in the last two bouts of the evening the above proves that the names are drawing a big viewership for the promotion and it is unlikely, given these numbers that they will slow down in putting these fights together.
