Last night Hendo scored the comeback of the year so far with a KO over Shogun in Brazil. The 43-year-old American was two round down and was looking like loosing the third until he landed another devastating “Hendo Bomb” that made Shogun fall back and roll over and followed up with another thumping punch to the grounded Brazilian.
The victory marks Dan Henderson’s first win since 2011, which was his five-round war with Shogun, and now his record improves to 30-11. Mauricio Rua (22-9) is now 6-7 in the UFC and hasn’t won back to back fights since 2009.
