Two of the UK’s most exciting bantamweight prospects Dominique Wooding and Dean Garnett are set to clash at ACB 87 on May 19th at the Motorpoint Arena.
It’s a very quick turnaround for Wooding who, with his array of tools, aims to entertain, with all six of his professional bouts not needing the judge’s scorecards. The twenty-one year old is unbeaten since moving up to Bantamweight and looks to put on a show in Nottingham.
Garnett competes under the ACB banner for the fourth time. He returns to the UK for the first time since his stunning victory over Michael Tobin at ACB 54. Back-to-back losses leave Garnett looking for a win, and with being unbeaten in the UK, it’s the perfect place for Garnett to show his talents.
ACB 87 emerging card:
Robert Whiteford vs. Kane Mousah
Scott Askham vs. Ibragim Chuzhigaev
Pietro Menga vs. Takeya Mizugaki
Regis Sugden vs Azi Thomas
