Well day one and two are now in the bag at the, world cup of amateur MMA, the IMMAF World Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada. Irish MMA has two teams entered in the competition: Team Republic of Ireland and Team Northern Ireland, and there has been some highs and lows so far.
DAY 1 – Monday
Both James Gallagher (Ire) and Carl McNally (NI) won their fights. They were the only competitors competing on Monday.

Day 2 – Tuesday
James Gallagher had to withdraw from the competition due to injury. The rest of the Irish MMA competitors, aside from Sinead Kavanagh, all fought on Day 2 to mixed results.
