Breaking: Jon Jones Pulled From UFC 200

News is breaking across a number of sources that suggests Jon Jones has been pulled from his long-awaited rematch with Daniel Cormier at UFC 200 on Saturday due to a USADA doping violation.

Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones has had his issues with (recreational) drugs in the past, but having vowed a rebirth of personal focus and ambition, it was widely assumed that ‘partying’ was largely behind him. Or, at the very least, it should have been while training for the biggest fight of his life, as he was due to try and pry back his title from Daniel Cormier at UFC 200 this weekend.

However, it seems ‘Bones’ has fallen foul of the laws of the game once again with reports by several reliable sources -including MMA Fighting– that Jones has tested positive for a PED, and that his title fight has- amazingly- been replaced by Mark Hunt Vs Brock Lesnar as the main event. Apparently, even UFC supremo Dana White is unaware of the specifics of the violation as yet, but #WHOATV will have further details a soon a they are available.
