The injury bug has struck again and this time only a mere few hours after announcing that this bout was due to serve as the main event of the prelim portion of #UFC199.
Dennis Siver has been injured and will not be able to compete against BJ Penn at #UFC199 which takes place on June 4th.
The news was announced via BJPenn.com last night and there is no confirmation as to whether or not Penn will remain on the card.
The bout was due to serve as Penn’s first bout back from a retirement spell and the former Lightweight Champion had been training at Greg Jackson’s gym in Albuquerque, New Mexico in preparation.
