Alexander Gustafsson spars with TV host

UFC Light Heavyweight Contender Alexander Gustafsson may not have a fight lined up, but the “Mauler” is staying pretty busy with the media in Sweden.

Norwegian journalists Fredik Skavlan and Niklas Kallner visited the Allstars Training Centre for “Skavlan” which is a Norwegian-Swedish television talk show and sparred with 205lbs Gustafsson.

Gustafsson is a huge name in Sweden and has been a real driving force behind promoting MMA in the country.

Back in April 2012 he headlined the UFC’s first trip to Sweden, beating Thiago Silva. Since then the UFC has visited Stockholm on four occasions with Gustafsson headlining two of the cards.

With the 205lbs division likely to switch dynamics following Jon Jones highly anticipated return in 2016, it’s likely that Gustafsson will play a big part of that and will be ready and willing to fight any of the top 10 named fighters at the drop of the hat.
